Student found dead-is india not secure about protecting students life

Mr.okram laba ,a student of BCA,Hindustan colledge of arts and science from manipur was found dead in his room in chennai.sources said the student have left home about a week ago with a draft of 75,000.Family suggested a foul was suspected as the boy was good and moreover the boy face was covered with plastic and belt was found in his neck.The question is will india let this go on?and will india keep quite? This is not the first time we heard of student killing,and it still exist to continue. lets us all support the government so the dark side of india will begun to shine.
